Harvest: In cassette tapes - second week of September.
Winemaking: De-stemming and crushing under shelter from oxygen through saturations with CO2.
Maceration and Fermentation: For 7 - 10 gg at controlled temperature (23 - 26 °C) with 2 pumpovers per day and 2 délestagea week.
Alcoholic Grade: 13.00 % v/v.
