Monsignore oil is a premium extra virgin olive oil from Puglia, made from carefully selected olives sourced from the best local producers in the Fasano area and surroundings. It is cold-extracted below 25°C within 24 hours and stored in stainless steel silos in rooms with a constant temperature.
After partial filtration, the oil can be packaged and/or bottled according to customer requests. We have always encouraged producers to maintain the high quality of their product.
We meticulously oversee every stage of the process, from the crushing of the olives to the storage of the oil. This is essential for us—only in this way can we bring to our customers' tables an extra virgin olive oil with a refined taste and the highest quality. All our products, including oil, wine, and others, are monitored and handled by specialized personnel who ensure compliance with the highest standards of food and health safety every day.
