In our small winery we take care, with the same passion we give to the oil, of the transformation of the grapes of our territory (valle d'Itria, alto salento, bassa Daunia, Castel del Monte) from the crushing to the bottling taking advantage of state-of-the-art equipment. In healthy and uncontaminated environments protecting the health of our client. our table wines are: the white of the low Daunia and itria valley, the rosé of the high salento, and the reds high salento and low Daunia.
