Wine
Puglian wines represent one of the most authentic expressions of Italian winemaking, deeply connected to a unique land shaped by sun, wind and tradition.
Monsignore is located in the heart of Puglia, in Fasano, where our family has been working for three generations to enhance local grape varieties. From grape selection to bottling, every step of the production process is carefully managed in-house to ensure quality, identity and respect for each wine’s natural characteristics.
Within our selection of Puglian wines, you will find labels made from native varieties such as Primitivo, Negroamaro, Verdeca and Susumaniello, cultivated in the areas of Salento and Valle d’Itria. Each wine tells a story of balance, structure and intense aromas.
From full-bodied and structured red wines, perfect with meat dishes, to fresh and elegant rosé wines ideal for aperitifs, and light, mineral white wines that enhance seafood and convivial moments.
Our production philosophy is based on conservative winemaking techniques, designed to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of each grape variety and maintain the true identity of the territory.
