The Customer declares to have read all the above information and general conditions of sale, before placing the order. General Conditions of Sale These general conditions of sale (the "General Conditions") govern the methods and conditions of sale of the products marketed by Monsignore Srl (the "Products").
All contracts for the sale of Products by Monsignore Srl to third parties (the "Customers") are governed by these General Conditions, which form an integral and substantial part of each proposal, order and purchase order confirmation of the Products themselves. The sales conditions applicable to orders are those in force on the date of the order itself.
Products - prices and characteristics Unless otherwise indicated, the prices of the Products published on the site by Monsignore Srl are expressed in Euro and must be understood as inclusive of VAT . The price guaranteed to the buyer is the one published on the Site at the time the order is sent. The price established for the purchase is fixed and definitive. The prices of the Products published from time to time by Monsignore Srl on the site cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the Products. The customer is responsible for choosing the products ordered.
Orders - invoicing Each order of Products sent to Monsignore Srl constitutes a contractual proposal from the Customer. The fulfillment of the order by Monsignore Srl is equivalent to confirmation and acceptance of the same. The tax documentation relating to the Products ordered will be issued by Monsignore Srl when the Products are shipped to the Customer. An invoice will be issued by Monsignore Srl, the Customer must indicate the exact data necessary for invoicing and specify the shipping address of the invoice itself.
Execution of the order - The order will be executed in the terms specified on the Site. Normally deliveries take place within 10 working days for the Italy for all Products indicated as "available". In case of non-execution of the order by Monsignore Srl (if the same is due to unavailability of the Products ordered by the Customer), Monsignore Srl will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the expected delivery times for the supply of the missing Product. . If the Customer does not intend to wait for this time, in any case not exceeding 30 working days, Monsignore Srl will reimburse any sums already paid by the latter for the non-executed supply.
Order acceptance - The conclusion and acceptance of the order will only take place when the order is confirmed by Monsignore Srl. Customer will receive an email notification of receipt showing the order confirmation via email (products ordered, prices, delivery dates, shipping costs ...) Monsignore Srl reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason relating in particular to a Product supply problem, or a problem regarding the order received.
Delivery of Products - The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Shipments will take place after receiving confirmation of payments. For our shipments we rely on the service of qualified express couriers such as MAILBOX ETC. Rates vary based on product weight.

Delivery Times - Normally deliveries are made within 10 working days for Italy only for products available in stock. The shipping terms indicated on the site, although carefully evaluated, must be considered non-binding for Monsignore Srl, which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to their actual needs. Shipping times are indicated in working days. The shipping term of an order containing items with different delivery times, is equal to the longer shipping term of the items in order. Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind. Monsignore Srl has the right to carry out, if it deems it appropriate, the delivery of the Products (also relating to the same order) in several successive deliveries. Delivery is considered as performed from the moment the Product is delivered to the Customer. The delivery document issued by the transporter, dated and signed by the Customer upon delivery of the Product, will constitute proof of transport and release of the goods. It is important to know that: Upon delivery, the Customer must check the content, conformity and status of the Product (s). Therefore, upon delivery, Monsignore Srl recommends the Customer to check the status of the Products delivered before signing the acknowledgment of receipt, and in particular: - that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the shipment; that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, and to check the integrity of the content. If the Customer finds anomalies, he must refuse the delivery of the products or write down his reservations, detailed and dated. These reservations must be confirmed to the carrier by registered mail with return receipt within 3 (three) working days following the delivery of the Products. A copy will be sent to Monsignore Srl. If the courier's document is signed without making any "reservations", the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the Products received must be reported within 3 (three) days of delivery. Monsignore Srl has the right, at its sole discretion, to carry out the delivery of the Products ordered by means of a courier chosen by you. Unless otherwise indicated, all deliveries are made on the street level. Special delivery terms and conditions must be agreed in advance between the Customer and Monsignore Srl and accepted in writing by Monsignore Srl.
Collection of products - In case of absence of the customer In case of absence of the recipient during the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage to the address of delivery indicated by the Customer. The Products must be collected at the address and in the manner indicated by the carrier. In the event of non-collection within the deadline set by the carrier, the Products will be returned to Monsignore Srl, which reserves the right to refund the price of the Products, leaving the shipping costs to be paid by the Customer. In the event of an error inherent in the Product, the Customer undertakes to return said Product or the Products concerned to Monsignore Srl within 7 (seven) days of receipt, provided that they are returned with the packaging closed, in their original state and packaging with documents Accompanying. Once the Product has been received correctly and correctly, Monsignore Srl will return, at its own expense, the Product initially ordered.
Right of withdrawal - The customer, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, giving notice to Monsignore Srl, by calling the telephone number + 39 080 48 98 720 or by writing to info@monsignore.shop. Monsignore Srl will take care of reimbursing the amount paid within 14 days from the customer's communication of the withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by the Customer, under penalty of forfeiture, by sending a registered letter with return receipt. to Monsignore Srl, C.da Pezze di Monsignore n.c. 72015 Pezze di Greco, Fasano (BR) - Italy, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the Products.
All returns (which must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging) must be authorized by the Customer Service (info@monsignore.shop). Once the return has been authorized, the Customer can return the Product to the following address: Monsignore Srl, C.da Pezze di Monsignore n.c. - 72015 Pezze di Greco, Fasano (BR) - Italy. Cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted. Once the Products have been received (and their integrity has been verified) Monsignore Srl will credit the Customer with the cost of the returned Products (as indicated on the invoice) and shipping costs as soon as possible. The cost of delivery of the goods to Monsignore Srl will be borne by the consumer.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased consist of bottles of oil that have been opened by the Customer himself or if the items for sale had been ordered and produced expressly on customer's order. In the event of damage to the goods during the transportation of the returned goods, Monsignore Srl will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow them to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him. and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the Product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. Monsignore Srl is not liable in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. During the withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for the object as a custodian. In case of damage or destruction of the Product during the Customer's custody, the right of withdrawal will lapse.
Payment - The payment of the consideration is due from the time of the order. The Customer will have payment by bank transfer in favor of Monsignore Srl. In case of non-receipt by Monsignore Srl of the bank transfer within 10 days following the confirmation of the order, Monsignore Srl reserves the right to cancel the order. The bank details are provided at the time of the order.
